自動查察中央結算系統存倉(EPS)

This is a computer program for reading CCASS report and retrieves stock balance from the STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT, SETTLEMENT REPORT and ENTITLEMENT STATEMENT REPORT, DAILY STOCK BALANCE REPORT and uses these data to compare all stock one by one for any discrepancies in quantity. Job can be completed in seconds instead of hours by manual method. A bonus feature is that EPS will use the information from the entitlement statement to update the book close date for each stock for which has announcement for dividend or bonus issue.

自動查倉系統,又稱EPS系統,全名ELECTRONIC PORTFOLIO SCAN,此乃電子偵察科技,可以將CCASS收到的STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT,與SETTLEMENTSTATEMENT, DAILY STOCK BALANCE REPORT中的股票存量,與PFS-STOCK中的STOCK HOLDER LIST,逐一比較,并印出誤差,免除人手核對的艱苦工作。EPS更可閱讀ENTITLEMENT STATEMENT中的BOOK CLOSED REMINDER並將其中各股票派息資料輸入PFS-STOCK(N)中,方便系統自動將到期的客戶存貨撥入BOOK CLOSED QTY檔案,作派息處理。

此版本已具有重大改進,可將SB及SBFIN(財務系統)同時拍倉。
